We want you to feel confident shopping with us, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the day your CleverCubes order arrives.
Returns & Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).
To start a return, email us at support@clevercubes.shop. Please do not send items back without first contacting us—unauthorised returns won’t be eligible for a refund.
Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless your item is damaged or faulty.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changed your mind or need to update your shipping address?
You have a 3-hour window after placing your order to make changes or request a cancellation. Within this timeframe, we’ll cancel or update your order with no questions asked.
After 3 hours, your order is confirmed and begins processing. We’re unable to make changes or cancel once your order is being prepared for shipping.
In-Transit Orders & Delivery
We can’t issue refunds while your order is in transit. If your parcel has been confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll make it right.
If your order has already been delivered, you may proceed with a return request (subject to our eligibility terms above).
Incorrect Addresses & Accidental Orders
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:
- You entered an incorrect address.
- You ordered by mistake or placed a duplicate order.
- Your order arrives later than expected due to courier delays.
Change of Mind & Personal Preferences
We understand preferences change—but unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for items you no longer want unless the product is faulty or damaged.
